Camp Cancellation, Refund, and Change Policy:
While High Trek Adventures does require payment in full to reserve a camp spot, we do understand that summer plans are still being solidified. With this in mind, we offer some options if the need arises to change or cancel your reservation. Please see our policy below:
To receive a full refund (100%) of your registration fee, the cancellation needs to be made 14 days prior to the start date of camp.
If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of the start of camp, you will have a few options on how your refund is processed:
a. You can receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee back to your original payment method.
b. You can receive an account credit for 100% of the registration fee that may be used toward a different product or service at High Trek Adventures including General Admission, Birthday Party, or a Team Building Event.
c. You can change your reservation and select a different week of camp based on availability.
If a change is made to your reservation inside of the 24 hours prior to the start of camp, there will be a 15% change fee applied.
